Softball is more than a game; it’s a community, it’s an attitude, it’s a state of mind. It’s an opportunity for strong female leaders in our sport to create training and playing opportunities, provide mentorship, and ultimately shape the future for the next generation softball players. This is EL1 Softball: unique programming created by former college and professional softball players, for female athletes of all ages. Our goal is that emale-athletes ages 4 through 18 learn and master the game on the field, thrive off of it and lean in to knowing strong is beautiful.

About our instructors
From playing to coaching, from Team USA to the Women’s College World Series, to D1 awards to the late great National Pro Fastpitch League – Our instructors are amongst some of the most experienced and accomplished athletes and coaches in the game.
While these accomplishments are impressive, it’s their work as mentors, role models and positive influencers that sets them apart. That’s why we diligently hire instructors from all walks of life who care deeply about the young women they work with as both athletes and people, and who strive to use their experience to pave a path to success in all endeavors.

Where You Can Find Us
EL1 Softball is implemented out of our fast-growing network of training academies Nationwide! Located in 8 states, EL1 Softball programs support athletes of all ages, and skill set. Our instructors design training specific to athletes in a range of enivironments, including individual lessons, small groups and team powered by training.
Partnerships
MLB partnership
We are excited to be a new partner of Major League Baseball. The multi-year deal is designed to support existing local youth sports ecosystems around the country, and to promote the growth of the game by expanding access to high-quality youth baseball and softball instruction for players of all skill levels and socioeconomic backgrounds. The partnership will ultimately create significant opportunities for the entire youth sports ecosystem.
EL1 teaming up with the Alliance Fastpitch
EL1 Softball has now entered into an exclusive agreement to become the Official Softball Facility Partner of The Alliance Fastpitch. The goals of the partnership are to develop youth fastpitch softball training facilities around the country utilizing an integrated training-and-curriculum approach; to create career paths for current and former fastpitch players; and ultimately to build a sustainable professional fastpitch league.

We work, you play
League organizers, coaches, and parents all know this simple truth: on the field and off, there is way more to running a youth sports team than meets the eye.
That’s why we developed the Powered By program. It’s a unique suite of services that taps into EL1’s size and expertise to help teams with everything from administrative support behind-the-scenes to supplemental and specialized instruction on-the-turf – ultimately allowing coaches to do what they do best: coach.
